Food for Life is our second Alimentur tour of the Savannah. With Constanza González, who has more than 30 years of experience, you will discover the basis of the agricultural landscape, the waterways, and the interrelated knowledge that brings Tierra Verde to life. This space covers more than one acre and is the guardian of native seeds, vegetable production, Andean tubers, grains, herbs, and fruits.
During the tour, you can select fresh ingredients that we will harvest together for lunch, prepare a recipe, and celebrate the richness of ancestral, traditional, and regenerative cuisine. It will be a day of connection, learning, and flavor.
