A few years ago, Monte La MaMa was a pasture used to raise cows. We restored it, trying to have as little impact as possible and preserve the sustainability of the environment.
As a result, you will learn about an agroecological system starting at the water source, walk along the La Pilama Creek, plant seeds, and enjoy the delights of Monte La MaM before visiting our Flavors Laboratory and the "Suelo Vivo" Biofactory.
Most of the food you will consume is "zero kilometers," as El Gorgojo, Monte La MaMa's kitchen, uses ingredients freshly harvested from its own garden or from neighboring farms—local, agroecological, and free from deforestation and agrochemicals. You will not find processed or packaged foods; everything is freshly prepared, fresh, and natural.
You will be guided by our agroecologist engineer, who has never lived in a city, as he has always been in the countryside. He will introduce you to the magical world of restoration, conservation, and our relationship with the environment. You will have continuous hydration with or without sugar and a complete gastronomic experience designed by our head chef, also known as guisandero.
*Includes: Specialized guidance – Three-course brunch or lunch – Hydration – Food sovereignty kit – Approximately 4 hours.
