Cerdoteka invites you to come in, to order food, and to stay for hours. “There are restaurants with Colombian identity…We wanted to pay tribute to pork, which is the emblematic meat of Colombia,” says Carlos Gaviria. And what a tribute: its star menu includes seven versions of pork rind, each with different textures and seasonings.
This concept is about sharing generous dishes served with style in the center of the table, meant to be enjoyed with a good beer and great company. Their motto, “Amigos y pola”, is more than a phrase; it’s a philosophy.
Gaviria adds, “These are dishes for everyone served in a casual, modern, and inclusive atmosphere. We’re everyday, affordable restaurants where you can feel completely at ease.” Cerdoteka speaks the language of Colombian flavor without pretension, but with remarkable quality.

Mi Pez: sea, river, and roots in each bite
If Cerdoteka celebrates pork, Mi Pez honors the bodies of water that flow through the country. “It’s called Mi Pez because of this popular way of calling a friend, and it’s our homage to the two seas and rivers of Colombia,” explains the chef.
Its menu offers a delicious fusion: fried mojarra served with coconut rice, fresh shrimp ceviche, aromatic arroz atollado, and the comforting sancochito. Everything is generous, authentic, and seasoned with the taste of the river and the sea breeze.
Gaviria emphasizes that what matters most to them is “offering authentic Colombian flavor... with identity, but without sacrificing taste for presentation.” The atmosphere here is also calm, with a “casual but chic” and welcoming style.
