Fritanga Fest 2025: the festival that celebrates the flavors of our land. From August 7 to 10, Bogotá will be filled with tradition and flavor with the new edition of Fritanga Fest 2025. This festival highlights one of the most iconic dishes in Colombian cuisine. Chicharrón, morcilla, papa criolla, longaniza, yuca, ripe plantain, and other delicacies come together in a culinary offering that celebrates our roots and the gathering around food.
Since 2023, this event has become an official city celebration, featuring 70 participating establishments spread across district marketplaces and a special selection of restaurants offering unique recipes and special menus.
Over four days, locals and visitors can enjoy an authentic experience around fritanga, They can discover the diversity of preparations in each city area, and support traditional cooks who keep this culinary heritage alive.

How to get there?
The Fritanga Fest takes place at multiple locations throughout the city. To enjoy it to the fullest:
