Fritanga Fest

The Fritanga Fest is a highly anticipated gastronomic festival featuring traditional food that attracts tourists and visitors to Bogotá. It will take place from October 3 to 6, and this year, it will celebrate its fifth edition. The main goal of the festival is to reactivate the culinary industry around the fritanga, benefiting farmers, chefs, and everyone who enjoys savoring this popular snack.

Yo marcho Trans

From the Cuidad Bolivar House of Culture, the 9th version of "Yo Marcho Trans" will be held under the slogan "Memory, Life, and Resilience."  There will be artistic exhibitions and ventures.

It is the first time that this march will take place in Ciudad Bolivar, expanding its importance and visibility in the city. Through this event, the commitment to memory, life, and resilience of the trans community is reaffirmed.
 

South Pride March

The IDARTES - Institute for the Arts is supporting a troupe of 25 artists and a batucada that will join the three LGBTI pride marches, which will begin on July 23 at the XVI South LGBTI Pride March in front of the Amapola Jones LGBTI House.

The day will start at 10:00 a.m. with a service fair and a sharing of a salpicón. Under the slogan "Peace dresses in diversity, art, and colors," the march will depart to El Tunal Park at 12:30 p.m., where there will be a stage of artists and a truck of the Super Mix Radio with 14 artists and entrepreneurs livening up the event.

Eventos Alby Restaurant

Eventos Alby Restaurant is located in the 20 de Julio Marketplace (San Cristobal locality). For 43 years, this place serves traditional Colombian cuisine, and in 2022, it won the award for the best "ajiaco santafereño" in the category "Plazas Distritales de Mercado" (District Marketplaces).

El Ensueño Theater

In the south of Bogotá, exactly in the town of Ciudad Bolívar, artistic manifestations, creativity and memory have a place in the Teatro El Ensueño.

Inaugurated in April 2021, the theater has managed to become a symbol of the town, on par with the House of Culture, El Transmicable and El Mirador Illimani. In addition, it has been articulated with cultural spaces in neighboring towns such as Tunjuelito, Bosa and Usme, with the interest of promoting the artistic and cultural exchange of the communities.
