Passengers are solely responsible for complying with the required check-in and boarding times for their connecting flight.

The airline is not responsible for missed connections if the passenger decides to leave the airport or participate in tourist activities during their layover in Bogotá and fails to return to the boarding gate on time for their onward flight. We recommend planning your return to the airport well in advance, taking into account travel time, traffic, and airport procedures.
